so after i read my sister's article about disney movies being sexist and wanting to teach her son about it. i remembered i had read a good article on my favorite website The Frisky named "22 things women can teach their sons about women". when i read it the fisrt time, i think i sent it to my sister, its filled with a mix of relationship advice and sex advice from the perceptive of women in their 20's that have had bad relationships. i agree with 100% of what they say, here's one of the list:
"Saying “You’re being crazy” is never an appropriate response, unless you want her to go postal on you."
which i totally agree with, i told my boyfriend that i really don't like that phrase. the statement imply that when a woman speaks her mind, she's really just saying nonsense, it's also a way of controlling a woman by way of shaming her.
